Due to recent changes in the current administration, DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) has been threatened to be discontinued. There are many students not only in Geneseo, but across the country, that will be affected by these changes and will loose the only home they have ever known.
We’d like to open up this situation for discussion and education. We want to address any and all questions and listen to stories. Whether you are personally affected or just want to learn more about DACA and its consequences, we invite you to an open discussion on this topic. The event will include a short panel discussion and mediated conversations from community members on and off campus. This event is open to anyone, not just students. We want to invite ANYONE who is interested.
