ROCLA is honored to present our next ROCLA speaker (register for the zoom meeting at that link), Mr. Jaime Hermida Castillo, who currently serves as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nicaragua to the UN, and previously was Deputy Permanent Representative of Nicaragua to the United Nations since March 2007. He began his diplomatic career in 1979.
