Please join our antinuclear demonstration on Sunday, November 26th, 12:00 Noon, at the corner of East Avenue and Goodman Street, Rochester.
A hardy band of demonstrators holds a peace vigil every Sunday at noon at the corner of East Avenue and Goodman Street, Rochester. On November 26th, they have invited us to join them as part of the International Day of Action.
As governments, experts and campaigners get ready for a week of building on the treaty banning nuclear weapons, join the International Day of Action on Sunday November 26th to call for an end to nuclear weapons. We will bring attention to the UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW)! All around the world, people will be taking action to show the delegations in New York that we expect them to be bold, courageous, and use the TPNW to dismantle nuclear deterrence, and make sure the rest of the world is paying attention to this crucial opportunity.
Please take this opportunity to join peace activists in the Rochester region and all around the world who are calling for an end to nuclear weapons.
