GVCP held our 41st annual Buy Peaceful Toys rally on December 7th.

On Saturday, December 7th, Genesee Valley Citizens for Peace held our 41st annual Buy Peaceful Toys event. As you can see, it wasn’t a bright sunny day, but it wasn’t that bad either.
This is a good location because we’re standing next to the road that leads to Geneseo Wal-Mart. Maybe we changed some minds about buying war toys in the season of peace.
A reporter from our local paper—the Livingston County News—was there, so we hope for a good article with photos in next Friday’s issue. (These photos were taken by GVCP member Chris Norton.)
We were joined for this event by our allies from Geneseo Peace Action and Rochester Chapter 23 Veterans For Peace.
