GVCP’s peace rally on August 15th brought out a solid crowd of about 40 people, standing together for peace in Geneseo. Thank you to everyone who came out to show up and speak up.
After the rally wrapped, several of us headed over to Warsaw to stand with Wyoming County Indivisible at their rally — another strong showing, and a great reminder of how connected this work is across the region.
Special recognition goes to GVCP member Jim Allen, who brought some theatrical flair to both stops: Uncle Sam in Geneseo, and Darth Vader in Warsaw — sign in hand reading “Tenney sent me.”
